Nurse of the Nizhnekamsk children's hospital took part in the competition of professional skills
Tanzilya Garifullina, the nurse of the surgical dressing department No. 2 of the Children's city hospital with Perinatal center, was awarded a diploma for participating in the Republican stage of the All-Russian professional skills competition "Best specialist with secondary medical and pharmaceutical education -2020" in the category "The best nurse".
"The award is very unexpected and pleasant. Thanks to my colleagues who convinced me to participate and helped me prepare for the contest. I have been in medicine for 28 years, and 6 years of them in the surgical dressing room. I work with children after operations for dropsy, varicocele, hydronephrosis. There are different bandages, but I don't see any difficulties with it probably thanks to my experience. Children worry that it will hurt. But we try to do everything to calm down and perform the procedure as painlessly as possible.
I became a doctor thanks to my aunt, who dedicated her whole life to medicine and still works as a doctor. I can't even imagine where else I could go, I love my job very much. Moreover, we have a great team, and we always support each other for better or worse".
