Residents of a village in the Chistopol accompanied the health workers of the mobile clinic of the Republican Сlinical Hospital with applause and flowers.
As part of the "Healthcare" and "Demography" national projects, implemented on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and under the auspices of "United Russia," a project for conducting medical examinations of rural residents in mobile clinics is successfully operating in the Republic.
In September, the mobile medical complex visited the following villages of the Chistopol municipal district: Danaurovka, Chistopol Vyselki, and Kargaly. The management of the Chistopol CRH determined in advance the rules of interaction between specialists of medical institutions, the schedule, and the procedure for joint work. Special transport was provided for the elderly and people with limited mobility who cannot get to the clinic independently. According to the fixed-site physical examination, the region's residents were seen by specialists of the Republican Clinical Hospital of Ministry of Health. Also, patients from the nearby villages of the Chistopol district saw specialists from Kazan based on referrals of district doctors.
The mobile clinic has modern medical equipment. For example, the mobile medical office has a reception desk, private rooms for receiving patients, and portable diagnostic equipment. The mobile point has its laboratory complex. A cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, surgeon, and gynecologist can see patients here. If necessary, one can consult with more specialized specialists: an ophthalmologist, urologist, oncologist, hematologist, and others.
On September 25, specialists from Kazan worked in the village of Kargali for the last day. Upon leaving, the grateful villagers handed flowers to medical workers and thanked them for their selfless work.
"For us, rural residents, the project is vital. Now we don't need to drive dozens of kilometers. At the mobile medical vehicle entrance, we were met by receptionists who explained the procedure for passing a medical test in an accessible way. I arrived at the destination, received a consultation from specialists, underwent an ultrasound examination, and a cardiologist prescribed new appointments for me," said a resident of the village of Kargali.
In conclusion, it is essential to note that the results of examinations for finding pathologies using telemedicine will be transmitted to specialized medical centers. If necessary, patients are referred further to the regional or local medical centers.
