The War Veterans Hospital in Naberezhnye Chelny is undergoing major repairs
This year, the Republic launched a five-year regional program to repair hospitals. About 17 billion rubles will be assigned to this goal. As part of this program, the War Veterans Hospital in Naberezhnye Chelny has already begun major repairs of specialized food service premises, laundry, and disinfection. The amount of funding is more than 24 million rubles.
"The equipment in these rooms is worn out. It was impossible to operate them. Thanks to this program, we carry out major repairs and replace old equipment with new ones, which is very needed for high-quality medical care for our patients today," says the Chief Physician of the Hospital Rezeda Mavzyutova.
It is planned that major repairs will be completed by the end of October, and the hospital's technical facilities will be put into operation. It is intended for the entire hospital's main building to be updated within the next five years.
The last major renovation of the hospital's inpatient facility was carried out in 2010.
