Today 25 healthcare workers’ families received apartments as part of the national "Housing and Urban Environment» project

Built at the expense of the State Housing Fund investments, the house allowed 255 families from Kazan to improve their living conditions. Today they received keys to apartments in the house #4 on N. Yusupov street in the residential area of "Salavat kupere."

Among the newcomers: There are social workers, employees of organizations that finance the program, teachers, doctors, kindergarten teachers, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, families with many children, orphans, and citizens who move from the Russian High North region among new settlers. This includes twenty-five families of doctors and health care workers as well.

The house's construction was carried out as a part of the national “Housing and Urban Environment" project and was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The house has 17 residential floors, three entrances, the total living area of apartments (including 136 one-room, 34 two-room, and 85three-room) is about 15 thousand sq.m. All apartments are handed in the fine finish, equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water meters, electricity, heat regulators, and an automatic remote data reading system.

In total this year, the State Housing Fund invests in the construction of 130 houses for 4,970 apartments with a total area of 273.6 thousand square meters in cities and districts of the Republic.
