The War Veterans Hospital in Kazan will be supported as part of the "Help Is Near!» campaign
The Kazan branch of AB InBev Efes, the Russian division of the world's largest brewing company, will transfer an additional 2,000 sanitizers to help medical volunteers and The War Veterans Hospital in Kazan.
The action will be held as part of the third stage of support for the republican "Help Is Near!" movement launched in Tatarstan on the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov's initiative.
"We want to support who are at the forefront of the fight against the virus and are at risk. First of all, these are employees of medical institutions who need protective equipment when contacting patients and volunteers. Participation in the campaign is our contribution to the fight against the pandemic," said Evgeny Sobolev, Executive Director of the Kazan Branch of AB InBev Efes JSC.
"Since the number of patients is growing every day, we must take even more care about compliance with sanitary safety measures. These days a sanitizer is the first thing that should be in every person’s bag!" commented on the action Anna Makarova, head of the Tatarstan regional branch of the "Medical Volunteers" movement.
In support of this movement, the company has already transferred more than 9,000 sanitizers to social institutions and farmers in Tatarstan.
