KSMU volunteers and RCMP doctors conduct preventive lectures for students of Kazan universities

In 5 dorms of Kazan Chemical and Technological University (KSTU-KCTI), students' preventive video lectures were held.

The event was initiated by the Department of Medical Prevention and Anti-Drug Work of the Youth Policy and Social Work Department of KCTI.  The video lecture topic included the coverage of topical issues: "New Coronavirus Infection and Prevention Measures" and "The Basics of Healthy Nutrition." Students, volunteers of the Health Academy of Kazan State Medical University, with the participation of a hygiene educator physician of the Republican Center of Medical Prevention, conducted lectures.

At the end of the lectures, participants of the event discussed the issues related to food storage, diet, and preparation of healthy meals. Many questions were asked about the harm and benefits of vegetarian food, COVID - 19 protective measures in the dormitories' living conditions.

At the end of the event, the Republican Center of Medical Prevention's information printed materials were distributed.
