On December 25, 2020, new modular paramedic and midwifery stations opened in the villages of Staroe Kurmashevo and Ulimanovo of the Aktanysh Municipal District under the Federal "Development of the Primary Health Care System" project and under the program "Improvement of Primary Health Care for the Population of the Republic of Tatarstan."
The grand opening of the facilities was attended by the Aktanysh municipal district's head, Engel Navapovich Fattakhov, the chief doctor of the Aktanysh Central Municipal Hospital Aidar Rafgatovich Khaev, the heads of rural settlements, and local residents.
The new modular paramedic stations became the twelfth and thirteenth in the Aktanysh municipal district. "Successful development of the village means creating comfortable living conditions for the villagers, and first of all, the availability of medical care. All presidential programs are being implemented in the district," said the head of the district Engel Fattakhov. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Nurgalievich Minnikhanov and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In his speech, Aydar Rafhatovich stressed the importance of modular first-aid stations.
According to him, the availability of first-aid paramedic stations within walking distance allows the improvement of the population's quality of medical care. It creates comfortable living conditions in the village. He wished residents to be healthy, take care of their health and visit the new stations, primarily for preventive purposes.
The new buildings have a visit office, a treatment room, a waiting room, a staff changing room, a bathroom, and a storage room for cleaning equipment.
On the eve of the New year, the new paramedic and midwifery station became a real gift for the villagers. In the village of Staroe Kurmashevo, it will serve about 280 people, and in the village of Ulimanovo – 180 people.
