50-year-old man, who had gastric bleeding with a large ulcer, was saved by surgeons of the Spasskaya Central District Hospital.
The man seeked help on December 24 at night time in the Spasskaya CRH with complaints of vomiting with blood. During examinations, the patient was found to have a large ulcer with bleeding.
The emergency help of the doctor of a multidisciplinary clinic was necessary. Then, in order to stop the bleeding, an endoscopic surgeon flew to the area by the RCH helicopter medical air services. Repeated attempts to stop the bleeding by the district hospital were unsuccessful, the man's blood pressure dropped sharply, dizziness and loss of consciousness began.
