In Naberezhnye Chelny, traffic police inspectors helped a pregnant woman get to the perinatal center of the Kama Children’s Medical Center.

On January 9, a woman living in a remote part of the city – the settlement Sidorovka, went into labor. They did not hesitate, because it was the second birth. Relatives volunteered to deliver the woman by car to the maternity hospital. But the road was complicated by "traffic jams", and the contractions intensified. Already on the way, they realized that they might not have time. Fortunately, on the way there was a patrol crew of the traffic police, whose employees were addressed by the anxious driver of the car in which the woman was in labor.

Traffic police officers Marat Shaidullin and Ildar Khairullin escorted a car with a woman in labor with special sound and light signals turned on in a patrol car to the hospital. In the Perinatal center of the Kama Children’s Medical Center, they were met by doctors who helped to give birth to a baby weighing 3400 grams and growing 54 centimeters.

The long-awaited boy was named Islam, who became the second child in the Bagautdinov family. Today, traffic police officers came to the solemn discharge of Islam and handed the family a car seat.
