Campaign dedicated to the World Cancer Day was held in a polyclinic of Chistopol Central District Hospital

World Cancer Day is a memorable date celebrated annually on February 4. The purpose of the campaign is to focus public attention on this global problem, raise public awareness of cancer as one of the most serious diseases of modern civilization, and draw attention to the prevention, identification and treatment of this disease.

On this day, the medical personnel of the polyclinic of the Chistopol CDH together with the volunteer students of the medical school reminded citizens of the need to prevent malignant neoplasms and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All visitors of the polyclinic received thematic brochures.

The event was held in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards.
