Renat Utkelbayev has been appointed as Chief Physician of the Republican Narcological Clinic

Since 15 April 2021, Renat Ilgizovich Utkelbayev has been appointed as chief physician of the Republican Narcological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sadykov. Today, the new head was introduced to the team.
