Chistopol’s friendly polyclinic for providing medical and social assistance to children
Specialists of the Kama Children's Medical Center visited the Chistopol Children's polyclinic for the purpose of experience exchange.
On April 14, specialists of the Kama Children's Medical Center of Naberezhnye Chelny visited the children's polyclinic of the Chistopol CRH with the purpose of experience exchange in the field of organization of the catamnestic office.
With the Center for Perinatal Medicine opening on the basis of the children's polyclinic, there is a catamnestic office for monitoring the health, psychomotor and physical development of children born with a body weight of less than 2,500 grams. The office provides an opportunity to work purposefully and in-depth with premature children, identifying pathologies, with subsequent correction and rehabilitation. This allows to improve the state of health, quality of life, preparation of the child for pre-school, school, as well as to reduce infant mortality among children born prematurely.
During the meeting, the head of the children's polyclinic Olga Gavrilova told the guests about the work of the medical institution according to the Tatarstan standard of Friendly Polyclinic, as well as about the organization of medical and social assistance to children in difficult life situations and their families. Currently, the polyclinic has 8 departments: pediatric, department for servicing school and pre-school institutions, physiotherapy, day hospital, clinical and diagnostic laboratory, department of medical and social care and specialist offices.
Earlier, the Children's Polyclinic was visited by delegations from Menzelinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Pestrechinsky, Agryzsky, and Zelenodolsk districts in order to exchange experience.
