The Russia-wide Healthy Lifestyle Is the Basis of National Development Goals campaign has been launched in Tatarstan
Republican Center of Public Health and Medical Prevention, within the framework of the All – Russian Healthy Lifestyle Is the Basis of National Development Goals campaign of the "Let's do it together!" movement, under the leadership of the federal party project "Healthy Future", took part in an interactive lesson for high school students (leaders) on the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the Lyceum –Engineering Center in Kazan.
The campaign is aimed at forming the need for healthy, active lifestyle among schoolchildren and their parents, as well as involving primary and secondary school students in the work of creating motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle, when the senior student (leader) teaches the younger one.
During the interactive lesson, the children learned how to properly distribute time during their day, work and rest regime, and the benefits of physical activity. The issues of healthy and rational nutrition and the rejection of bad habits were covered in detail.
During the All-Russian campaign, monitoring will be conducted to determine the winners among the regional leaders. Federal leaders will be solemnly awarded diplomas and certificates.
