The Kama Children's Medical Center hosted a meeting of the conference on the discussion and adoption of the Collective Agreement for 2021-2024.
The conference was attended by the head of the Naberezhnye Chelny city organization of the Trade Union of Health Workers Lyubov Khovrycheva, the chief doctor of the KCMC Marat Nasybullin, deputy chief doctors and heads of structural divisions and employees of the KCMC.
By a majority vote of those present, the leading of the conference was entrusted to the chairman of the primary trade union organization, Larisa Kashapova.
The agenda included a report on the results of the work of the trade union committee for 2020, the announcement and discussion of changes and proposals made to the collective agreement.
According to the report on the work done for 2020 by the chairman of the trade union committee Larisa Kashapova, the level of trade union membership has remained at the same level for 2 years. In 2020, it was 74.6%. During 2020, 132 employees joined the trade union.
Despite the severe epidemic situation, 18 employees were able to improve their health in the trade union sanatoriums. In 4 months of this year, 20 employees have already received treatment, and 6 others have booked health centers for the summer. The number of people who want to relax in Sochi and resorts in the Caucasus is increasing, especially this is facilitated by the return of 20% of the cost of vouchers by cashback when paying with Mir card.
There is also an opportunity for members of the trade union to get a free ticket to the sanatorium of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Kazan, if according to the jobs health hard classification, the hazard class is 3.2. or higher. All medical personnel have this class.
According to the collective agreement, in 2020, 4 pre-retirees received free vouchers to the Zhemchuzhina sanatorium. This year, 6 employees will also receive treatment there.
23 children took part in the children's drawing contest dedicated to the Victory Day, the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Tatarstan and the 50th anniversary of KAMAZ. All participants received diplomas and sweet gifts. Six children won prizes in the city competition.
Last year, 20 children of the employees were able to relax in the country camps. 38 first-graders were presented with gift certificates to the stationery store with a nominal value of 1000 rubles.
Before the pandemic, we managed to participate in the mass event "Ski Track of Russia", and hold a table tennis tournament, in which our paramedic of the children's polyclinic Lilia Khisamutdinova took 1st place, and the anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the Children's Hospital Viktor Abrosimov took the 2d one. This year, Viktor Nikolaevich took the honorary 1st place and his candidacy was nominated for participation in the regional tournament. Also, the obstetrician-gynecologist of the Women's Consultation Center Svetlana Panina took the 2nd place in the chess tournament.
Employees who had suffered from Covid and Pneumonia were provided with financial assistance. Personal protective equipment, disinfectants and non-contact thermometers were also handed over to the KCMC.
Most of the funds went to the payment of financial assistance in connection with the burial of close relatives.
In 2020, there were 132 employee requests. All issues were considered jointly with the administration and, if necessary, meetings were held with the teams, at which explanations were given on the issues of interest.
This year, the trade union committee has new plans in the future to motivate joining the trade union, to organize cultural and sports activities, to develop information policy and social partnership at all levels.
In detail, the chairman of the trade union committee stopped at the implementation and announcement of the points of the collective agreement. She said that the obligations under the collective agreement for 2020 were fulfilled 100% . According to the collective agreement, funds were allocated for material assistance for burial, for the anniversary, for one-time support of young doctors, monthly payment for rented housing for doctors, payment for days provided on the occasion of sending off to the army, mother's days (monthly paid day provided to parents), wedding days, donor days, days in connection with the death of a relative, payment for student leave of employees, for labor protection. The special assessment of working conditions has been completed in full.
During the discussion of the amendments to the collective agreement, a vote was held. All items giving additional benefits and guarantees to employees were adopted unanimously.
By the decision of those present at the meeting, the collective agreement for 2021-2024 was adopted, taking into account the announced changes.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Organization of Trade Unions of Health Workers, Lyubov Khovrycheva, gave a high assessment of the activities of the trade union committee of the KCMC and expressed gratitude to its chief doctor Marat Nasybullin, and the chairman of the primary trade union organization, Larisa Kashapova, for social partnership.
