Rinat Mutygullin spoke about the state of cardiological care for residents of the Yelabuga district. Cardiological care in Yelabuga is provided on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Patients with life-threatening conditions are sent to the intensive care unit provided with the necessary equipment.
