Donor's Day dedicated to the 187th anniversary of the first blood transfusion in Russia took place in blood transfusion department of Republican Clinical Hospital. 36 residents of Tatarstan supported the campaign and donated blood in the department of the clinic, including hospital staff, honorary donors and those who decided to donate their blood for the first time in the name of saving people's lives.

Tick-borne encephalitis is a serious infectious disease of people that affects the central nervous system. The causative agent of the disease is a virus, and its keepers and carriers are ticks.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7446 times during the week. 1239 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents 989 times, including road traffic accidents.  27 people were injured, 18 people were taken to hospitals. 5762 emergency calls were registered for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (41 cases) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (166 cases).

As of 9:40 a.m. of 22 of April 2019, TR Health Ministry reported:

There are 5 people injured during the fire in Nizhnekamsk, their condition is estimated as moderate severity, with positive dynamics. Specialist of Republican Clinical Hospital comes to Naberezhnye Chelny today. One patient is in a moderate condition, one patient is in a very serious condition, and one is in a serious condition.
