Methodical seminar for health professionals responsible for the organization of preventive work among the population in the republican health facilities and healthcare institutions of Kazan took place in the lecture hall of Republican Medical Prevention Center.

Activities for the prevention and early detection of tuberculosis are held in the framework of World Tuberculosis Day in Tatarstan from March, 19 to April 19, 2019. Hotlines, open doors days, drawing competitions, sanitary bulletins, as well as sending information messages to subscribers of mobile operators will be organized in the settlements during the month.

Specialists of Almetyevsk Children's Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center have visited Ulyanovsk State University (USU). Exposition of practices, internships and vacancies for students of the medical faculty, faculty of postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education, faculty of ecology, faculty of physical culture and rehabilitation, Medical College took place in USU on the eve. More than two thousand students study at 17 sub-faculties of the faculty of medicine today.

Reporting meeting on the results of the institution in 2018 and the tasks and prospects for 2019 took place in Hospital for War Veterans of Naberezhnye Chelny. Lecture was held for cancer patients today. The oncologist of NCRMH Lyudmila Suslova spoke to the audience and told about the diagnosis and treatment of breast and ovarian cancer, necessary examinations and tests.

Health Minister of the Kirov region Andrey Chernyaev has visited Republican Clinical Hospital. Deputy head physician of RCH Ayrat Khairullov and heads of departments have met with Andrey Chernyaev. The leaders have familiarized with the emergency department, its medical care logistics and the capacity of the department.

VII Republican competition of Trade Union propaganda teams took place in Kazan. The competition was attended by 10 teams of Trade Union committees from different regions of Tatarstan.  

Nephrologists celebrate their professional day on March, 27 every year. They are engaged in the diagnosis, treatment and, of course, prevention of kidney diseases. We know the diseases: cystitis and urolithiasis, but there are many diseases with difficult to pronounce names that are diagnosed and treated by nephrologist: from glomerulonephritis to diabetic nephropathy.

Scientific and practical conference “World Kidney Day” took place in CRCH today. It was organized by Kazan Pediatric School. Nephrology specialists gathered to exchange experience, develop a system for the prevention of renal diseases, modernize and improve the quality of patient care.

Specialists of Republican Medical Prevention Center organized a methodical seminar for teachers and health workers of colleges of the Republic of Tatarstan. Training was held on the basis of Kazan Energy College.
