All-Russian campaign "Be healthy" has started all over the country. It takes place from 3 to 8 of April 2018 and is timed to coincide with World Health Day. The theme of the campaign defined by World Health Organization this year is "Health for everybody".

According to the legend, there was information about the arrival of the aircraft from Australia to Kazan with 12 people with signs of infectious disease. In total, there were 62 passengers and 6 crew members on board of the aircraft. Two people with suspected anthrax were taken to Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital. Another 66 people remained under the supervision of specialists on the spot. Experts have taken anti-epidemic steps.
