Employees of Republican Clinical Oncology Dispensary of TR Health Ministry have joined the campaign "Save life-become a bone marrow donor" organized by Rusfond. Implementation of the campaign will help to save the lives of thousands of children and adults with cancer, leukemia, hereditary diseases.

The purpose of the campaign is to attract volunteers to the national registry of bone marrow donors named after Vasya Perevoschikov. Everyone who does not have contraindications can donate blood for typing and join the national register.

All-Russian campaign of Health Ministry of the Russian Federation "HIV Test: Expedition" continues in Tatarstan. Tatarstan Republic became the twenty-first region, which takes part in the campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to inform people about HIV infection, help protect themselves and their relatives, attract the attention of local residents to the theme and become an incentive to undergo testing. Mobile testing stations (MTS), located in public places, will provide an opportunity to pass free anonymous express HIV test, as well as receive pre-test and post-test consultations.

Team of surgeons of Emergency Hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny has performed a unique operation. 83-year-old man entered the clinic with complaints of abdominal pain in the right hypochondrium, shortness of breath during exercise. The examination of the patient on tomography revealed a giant aneurysm of the abdominal aorta. Taking into consideration the patient's age and previously surgery on the lungs, the patient was at high risk an open intervention.

Agreement on cooperation in the field of information-methodical and analytical accompaniment of healthcare development of Tatarstan Republic between Kazan State Medical University, TR Health Ministry, TR TFOMS, TR Roszdravnadzor and Kazan State Medical Academy has been signed in Kazan State Medical University on September 18, 2018 at 10:00.

Specialists of Chistopolsky Central Regional Hospital held the campaign "Healthy lifestyle as the key to successful future" in the framework of the interdepartmental project "Children of Russia-2018". The event was aimed at promotion of healthy lifestyle among alcohol-addicted teenagers who are under regular medical check-up at narcologist.
