The training aimed at developing of patient-oriented attitude among medical staff-nurses, administrators and medical registrars was held in Children's Republican Clinical Hospital. Psychologist and business coach Tatyana Savelyeva trained the participants through special exercises and techniques to increase their culture of communication with patients, to find the adequate ways in conflict situations. CRCH management plans to continue such trainings in order to improve the quality of medical services.

Psychologist of medical and social care department of "Youth clinic" of Children's Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center of Nizhnekamsk Veronika Filipova held a lecture on "Motivation for healthy lifestyle". She told the students about the harmful effects of alcohol, nicotine and other drugs.

Republican scientific and practical conference "Mental disorders in general medical practice" will be held in Kazan on September, 14th. The theme of the conference is dedicated to the problem of early detection of patients with borderline mental disorders by psychiatrists, psychotherapists and neurologists, primary care physicians: therapists, general practitioners.

VIII Republican Competition "The best young trade union leader of Tatarstan Republic" took place in Kazan. The competition was held in order to involve young people in social trade union work and to enhance the activities of young trade union leaders. Chairman of the youth council of Chistopol trade union organization of health workers, paramedic of Emergency Station Alexander Sidorov has represented Tatarstan Republican organization of health workers’ trade union in the competition.

Health personnel of Chistopolsky Central Regional Hospital are actively working to inform the population about influenza vaccination. Pediatricians and paramedics speak at meetings with parents. According to experts, timely vaccination helps to prevent high incidence of influenza and reduces the risk of post-influenza complications, especially in young children and the elderly.
