Specialists of World Bank are in Kazan with working visit.
Series of meetings have been organized within the limits of their visit in Tatarstan Republic. Representatives of World Bank and of Federal Fond of Obligatory Medical Insurance have been met by TR Health Minister Adel Vafin in the building of TR Territorial Fond of Obligatory Medical Insurance. During the meeting they have discussed the questions of development of regional models of payment of the stationary help on the basis of clinical-statistical groups.
Inter-regional seminar «Development of regional models of payment of the stationary help on the basis of clinical-statistical groups» with involvement of principals of territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance and control organs in sphere of health protection of citizens of subjects of Russian Federation in Privolzhsky federal district took place within the limits of visit of delegation of World Bank.
Chemoembolisation of liver neoplasm has been made for the first time in Tatarstan Republic to 75 years old patient of oncologic unit of SAHI TR “Emergency Hospital” of Naberezhnye Chelny.
Earlier the patient with stomach disease received complex therapy. However during last examination the secondary focus of 8th segment of liver has been detected. That’s why the operating crew under the direction of surgeon Zagidullin Bulat Iskandarovich and oncologist Makarov Nickolay Nickolaevich had applied the method of selective chemoembolisation of vas, feeding neoplasms. The solution of the embolizing material impregnated by "Doxorubicinum" has been injected in the vas, feeding neoplasm.
The basic condition of usage of this method of treatment is the presence of the necessary equipment and specialists. Emergency Hospital has all possibilities”.
Implementation of this method is execution of the order of TR Health Minister A.Ju.Vafin given on one of weekly video conferences.

Stage passage to new short numbers for calling the ambulance begins in Russia in 2014. The order of Ministry of Communications and Mass communications of Russian Federation from 20.11.2013 №360 «About changes of Russian system and plan of numeration» about entering of three-digit telephone numbers of emergency services has come into force in January 2014.
Calling the ambulance from stationary or mobile telephone is possible with round-the-clock free number «103». At situations menacing to life it is possible to call «112».
The emergency help is rendering at diseases, accidents, traumas, poisonings and other situations demanding the urgent medical intervention.
It is necessary to answer accurately and precisely all questions of the doctor's assistant (manager)of service «103» for fast arriving of ambulance to the patient and timely rendering of medical aid. It is necessary to say the reason of the call, the address (disctrict, street, apartment number, floor, code and porch number), surname, name, patronymic of the patient. The call is considered accepted if the doctor's assistant, having gained the complete answers to the questions, tells «Your call is accepted» and repeats the address.

10 candidates from Naberezhnye Chelny take part in competition "Best children's doctor". Among them there are 5 doctors from Kama Children's Medical Centre. Competition «Best children's doctor» was announced one week ago by the deputy of Russian State Duma Alfia Kogogina together with the newspaper «Chelny LTD». Candidates will be accepted till May, 10th in group «Chelny LTD» on site "V kontakte". Alfia Kogogina asks citizens to vote to children's doctors on this page. The deputy has founded two prizes with 35 thousand roubles. The first winner of competition will be found by the greatest quantity of voices. Everybody can vote since May, 10th. The second winner will be selected by Alfia Kogogina, being guided by withdrawals of readers of «Chelny LTD». Rewarding will take place on the eve of Day of the medical worker. Names of winners will be announced on June, 11th. Nina Stepanjuk managing reception-diagnostic unit, traumatologists Pavel Derendiaev and Pardaboy Abdullaev, managing fracture clinic Malkhaz Korinteli and Lilia Jazynina managing nephrology unit represent Kama Children's Medical Centre. Every doctor can take part in the competition by Internet, after registration on site "V kontakte".
Workshop «Practice on pseudorheumatism for therapists and general practitioners» has taken place in Elabuga. Doctors of Elabuzhsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky and Agryzsky districts took part in the workshop.
