World Asthma Day is held every year on December 11th. This is the most common lung disease.

According to epidemiological studies, about 300 million people in the world have the bronchial asthma, (every 12th person in Russia). Asthma is also common in children.

From December 1 to December 10, the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan received 36 applications.

At the age of 66, oncologist of the Nizhnekamsk Central District Multifunctional Hospital Vagiz Raisovich Fazulzyanov passed away. The Honored Doctor of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted 35 years of his life to medicine, 12 of them he was the chief physician of the Nizhnekamsk Central District Multifunctional Hospital.
