General Director of Kazan helicopter factory Vadim Ligay has solemnly handed over keys from the first helicopter "Аnsat" in Russia with the medical equipment to the head physician of Republican Clinical Hospital Rustem Gaifullin in exhibition hall of «Kazan trade fair».
