Rustam Minnikhanov presented a certificate for 1 million rubles to chief physician of the Naberezhnye Chelny Emergency Hospital

President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, presented a certificate for 1 million rubles to the Emergency Hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny.  The Emergency Hospital won the Republican Contest “Best archive of a non-profit organization of the Republic of Tatarstan".
