President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed a Message to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023 today. President of the Republic outlined safe motherhood and the birth of a healthy child, as well as the prophylactic medical examination of Tatarstan residents, as a priority in the healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan.
