Working visit of Deputy Minister of healthcare on questions of prophylactic medical examination

The state program aimed at increasing the life expectancy is called prophylactic medical examination. It is carried out by in-depth survey of the state of human health. In view of the convenience of the adult population this work is organized in three major MPI in  AMR: ACDH, medical unit of JSC Tatneft and Almetyevsk city, polyclinic №3. How does prophylactic medical examination carry out in medical and prophylactic institutions of the Almetyevsk municipal region, what issues have the persons responsible for its implementation, how to submit accounts registries without mistakes, and what kind of guidelines healthcare professionals need? The aim of the working visit of Deputy Minister of healthcare of RT Sergei Osipov to Almetyevsk was these and other points.

During the meeting with chief physicians of the leading MPI of the district the report on organization of the medical examination, informing the population, monitoring and analysis of results of operations was presented. On the whole 201 131 people live in the district, adult population - 157 277 people, men - 86 854, women - 70 423, children 854 43. Number of doctors - 531. The Deputy Minister emphasized that the importance of this work for specialists is in detail and closer knowing their people. The meaning of the medical examination is to convey to each inhabitant of the presence (or absence thereof) of any disease and how to live with it further.

For the successful organizing of clinical examinations they should use all the resources, both address meetings and outputs in organized groups (e.g. school parent-teacher meetings). It is necessary to consider ways of blood sampling in those enterprises where the long separation from work on a visit to the clinic is the main argument in the rejection of a free medical consultation.

Sergey Osipov visited all three medical prophylactic institutions, met with the personnel, saw the conditions of passing medical examination, noted good organization and proper filling of medical documents. During the meeting he drew attention to the special, in-depth preventive counseling during a medical examination, which should be in the nature of the behavioral, motivational counseling.
