According to the expert, the rapid pace of life and the availability of fast food are increasingly shaping unhealthy eating habits. People choose ready-made food, sugary drinks and snacks instead of full-fledged home-cooked meals. It is especially disturbing that these habits are being adopted by silver.

- Food culture is formed in the family. It is adults who lay the foundations of a child's health," the doctor notes.

Obesity significantly increases the risk of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, and osteoarthritis. In addition, excess weight can negatively affect a person's psychological state, causing self-doubt and a decrease in the quality of life.

Regina Usmanova emphasizes that many patients associate weight gain solely with hormonal disorders or heredity. One of the main reasons is often low physical activity, overexertion, constant dietary restrictions with subsequent disruptions and regime shutdown.
