The new Healthcare Minister of Tatarstan Republic became Adel Yunusovich Vafin

The new Healthcare Minister of Tatarstan Republic became Adel Vafin , who was, until today, Deputy Minister . Today the Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov introduced the new head of Healthcare, handing him a ministerial portfolio with the words of farewell and expressed his gratitude to Airat Farrakhov for his work.

Adel Yunusovich Vafin was born in November 4, 1973 .
In 1997, he graduated  Kazan State Medical University, medicine faculty , in 2000 he finished postgraduate studies in the Department of Histology , Municipal Academy of Public Administration under the President of Tatarstan ( in absentia) , Department of Economics .
In 2001 – 2007 he worked as the regional manager of LLC " Draeger Medical Technology ."
From August to December 2007 he was chairman of the Standing Committee on the socio- economic development and municipal ownership of Kazan City Duma.
Since 2007 he was Deputy Minister of Healthcare of Tatarstan Republic.
He is married and has four sons.
Professional skills:  master of modern experimental methods of screening drugs; of development and introduction into clinical practice of medical institutions of modern methods of anesthesia, intensive care units.
He took part in the implementation of the program "Modernization of Healthcare of Tatarstan Republic. During this program, the biggest medical centers were equipped by modern medical apparatus and were introduced advanced methods of treatment.
In October 2005 he was elected representative body of the municipal city of Kazan. He is member of the standing committees: environmental and health protection of citizens and socio- economic development and community property. In August 2007 at the XIX session of Kazan City Duma he was elected chairman of the standing committee on social and economic development and municipal ownership of the Kazan City Duma.
