Therapist of Polyclinic #18 of Kazan recognized hearth attack in patient who came on a periodic health examination

A 58-year-old man visited Polyclinic #18 of Kazan in order to have prophylactic medical examination. Patient had heartache and sickness that is why he got an immediate ECG referral.

Therapist Ilvira Efimovyh interpreted ECG and made a preliminary diagnosis - acute coronary syndrome. After 20 minutes the patient was hospitalized to ICDC. In the Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center the diagnosis was confirmed. Doctors performed an operation and inserted a stent.

Ilvira Efimova appealed to the Kazan and Tatarstan residents and called for well-timed health examination.
