“Pass the wastepaper – save the tree!”
All-Russian Eco-campaign RECYCLE under the slogan “Pass the wastepaper – save the tree!” will be held from April 16 to May 30.
The campaign takes place in the form of competitions between districts. A “green rating” of districts will be compiled according to the results of the eco-marathon.
Every educational institution and company can leave a request on the website https://sdai-bumagu.com/ and pass the quantity of paper from 300 to 500 kilograms. Following the results of the campaign, participants will be awarded with commendations, diplomas, and the most productive ones will receive money prizes.
The main point of the campaign is to draw people's attention to resource conservation, contribute to the development of recycling, the revival of traditional waste paper collection, which allows paper manufacturers to save severely deficient wood raw materials.
Waste paper collection is part of the program to create an industry for separate waste collection in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated November 15, 2017.
