Chief Paramedic of the Tetyushi CDH ambulance Ruslan Safarov gives several pieces of advice how to eat crepes and do not harm to health.
It is enough to eat 3 or 4 crepes, no more. While cooking, it is better to add fewer oil and butter, because fat food impact on stomach and pancreas functions.
Eat honey, salmon, sugar free fruit jam instead of sour cream, comfiture, ground meat.
Do not consume hot crepes, wait for its cooling.
For people who follow healthy diet it is preferably to cook crepes with whole-wheat or buckwheat flour, diluted milk, olive oil.
