Workshop in Medical unit of Open Stock Company "Tatneft" in Almetievsk

Operations were conducted by crew of ray-surgeons and cardiovascular surgeons of Medical unit under the direction of research assistants of unit of cardiovascular surgery (Moscow) Imaev Timur and Kolegaev Alexander.

Within the limits of workshop three planned patients have been operated. All operated persons are patients of high group of risk. Endovascular interventions are less traumatic for patients of high group of risk. Endoprosthetic appliance represents manipulation when through a tank puncture the special device forwarding stent-graft (prosthesis) to necessary level is inducted. As a result of implantation of prosthesis, patients’ blood supply is recovered. Patients during the operation are in consciousness, and in 3-4 days after operation are ready to leave clinic.

Devices for such operations cost considerable money. But, as Timur Imaev has noted, their cost is completely run a level at the expense of decrease of costs by resuscitation of these patients.

All operations have finished successfully, status of the operated patients today is satisfactory.
