Studying of the role of paramedical personnel in quality management system after the example of Germany

Thanks to the initiative of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic, the group of specialists of health care institutions of Republic has undertook the training study «Experience of Germany in development and implementation of quality management system in medicine» from November, 3d till November, 9th in clinics of Germany. Program making, organization and support were realized by Educational centre of high medical technologies under the direction of Gulnara Farrakhova – deputy director on innovative activities.

        15 specialists from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetievsk, Leninogorsk, Bugulma have received scolarships by results of questioning and interview. For the first time head nurses of medical institutions took part in similar training.
