Tyulyachi diabetic patients received a consultation at the capital's Diabetological Center
During their stay at the center, each patient underwent a comprehensive examination by the head of the diabetological center, endocrinologist Zainullina Chulpan Firdavisovna, which included an assessment of glycemic control, the presence and stage of diabetic complications, as well as an analysis of the current treatment regimen.
Based on the results of the initial examination and anamnestic data, a number of patients were consulted by related specialists. In particular, patients with signs of cardiac pathology were referred for consultation to a cardiologist. Patients with symptoms of peripheral angiopathy were consulted by a vascular surgeon to assess the degree of arterial stenosis of the lower extremities using ultrasound vascular dopplerography.
