Ministry of Health of Tatarstan hosted the awarding of diplomas based on the results of the internship of the delegation of the Udmurt Republic
Deputy Ministers of Health and chief doctors of medical institutions of Udmurtia got acquainted with Tatarstan's healthcare experience in implementing lean technologies.
The training program "Lean technologies in improving the efficiency of management of medical organizations (operational management)" was developed by the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The audience included Artem Shkolyar and Natalia Sokolova, Deputy Ministers of Health of the Udmurt Republic, as well as heads of republican, district and city medical organizations.
The program is designed for 36 hours, and most of the time was devoted specifically to practical aspects. The delegation got acquainted with the work of the Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 7 and the City Polyclinic No. 21 of Kazan, the Republican Clinical Hospital, as well as the Millennium Clinic.
