Prevention of HIV infection in Aznakaevo labor teams
Rapid testing was conducted by Elvira Deputatova, a paramedic laboratory assistant at the AIDS Center in Almetyevsk. After the lecture, everyone present took an active part in the discussion of the problem. The experts answered the questions of concern about screening the population for HIV infection and increasing coverage of various segments of the population, including risk groups, about the relevance of HIV prevention in case of workplace emergencies.
Concluding the event, the doctors reminded once again: no one is immune from HIV infection. Anyone at any age, regardless of their place of residence and profession, can become infected! Keep in mind that you can get an HIV test at any healthcare facility in your place of residence. In addition, there is the possibility of an anonymous examination with a preliminary (before testing) and subsequent (upon receipt of the result) consultation with a doctor.
Timely prevention, rational nutrition, abstinence from tobacco smoking, drug addiction and alcohol consumption, sports and physical education, a healthy lifestyle, responsible attitude towards oneself and others, all these are necessary conditions for maintaining health, preventing diseases and longevity.
