Bright memory: Marcel Gilaev, a doctor from Mamadysh, passed away

Over the years, Marcel Davletzyanovich has established himself as a hardworking, disciplined, accurate and extremely responsible employee. He was distinguished by wisdom, justice, incredible inner composure and the ability to make informed decisions in the most difficult situations. He had a rare gift for listening, supporting, and inspiring confidence. He was appreciated in the team for his accuracy, tact, unfailing sense of humor and human warmth – he was able to bring people together and create a working atmosphere where everyone felt like part of a single team.

Marcel Davletzyanovich was not just a valuable employee, he was an important part of our common cause, the soul and support of the team. We have lost a wonderful person, a great professional, a sensitive and responsive leader, a wise mentor for young doctors who always came to the rescue and generously shared his experience. 

In our memory, Marcel Davletzyanovich always remains a brilliant doctor, a fair leader and a bright, sincere person.
