Almir Abashev, Minister of Health, spoke at the State Council about the main achievements of the industry

Today, the Minister of Health of the Republic Almir Abashev addressed the State Council of Tatarstan with information from the Cabinet of Ministers on the state of health of citizens.

The main theses of the report:

The Republic ranks eighth among the subjects of Russia in terms of population, with a predominantly female population.

Diseases of the circulatory system, musculoskeletal system, respiratory organs and digestive system account for the largest share in the structure of all diseases.

"The highest prevalence of chronic diseases is registered among people over the working age, where on average everyone has 2-3 chronic diseases. The high prevalence of chronic diseases in children and adolescents is also noteworthy," Almir Abashev noted.
