Path to the profession: Yelabuga Central Hospital opened its doors to future doctors
Mansur Poteev, the chief physician of the Yelabuga Central Medical District, spoke to the children who dream of connecting their lives with medicine, noting the high importance of this noble profession.
Lilia Malinina, Head of the Human Resources Department, advised the participants on admission to targeted training and social support measures for young people in the district.
Nadezhda Ushakova, director of the Yelabuga Medical College, spoke about the possibilities of obtaining secondary medical education.
Of particular interest was the speech of Tamerlan Akhkameyev, a 5th-year student at KSMU, who spoke about the realities of student life and presented a video about the advantages of studying at Kazan Medical University.
As part of the open day at the central district hospital, schoolchildren of the city and the district were able to immerse themselves in the world of the medical profession. The children were particularly impressed by the master class of the anesthesiologist‑resuscitator Dilius Ziganshin, dedicated to the technique of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
