The day before, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin visited medical building No. 4, accompanied by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Almir Abashev and the Chief physician of the Republican Clinical Oncology Center Marat Mukhammadeev. During the visit, the delegation examined the Outpatient Cancer Care Center of the Nizhnekamsk CDMH. The Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan was informed about the implementation of plans to open a branch of the Republican Clinical Oncology Dispensary. This step is aimed at the systematic development of the oncological service in the city, which currently includes an Outpatient Oncological Care Center, a chemotherapy department, an abdominal surgery department, a histological laboratory and an on-site palliative care team. The opening of a full-fledged oncological dispensary will become a new stage in the development of medical infrastructure, which will provide the population with comprehensive and affordable specialized medical care in full. The Nizhnekamsk Oncological Service will be transferred to the Republican Oncological Dispensary this year.
