In his report, Zufer Misbakhovich described the increased workload of the hospital's medical staff. In 2025, 28,912 patients applied for medical care. This figure is 3,541 more than in 2024. 11,100 operations were performed. New types of surgical interventions have been introduced in the following fields: ENT, surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, maxillofacial surgery, 147 telemedicine consultations have been conducted.
The laboratory has performed almost 3,000,000 examinations, and the Radiology department has performed more than 27,000 ultrasound examinations. New treatment methods were introduced in the departments, and unique operations were performed. Russian, republican, and city media wrote and filmed stories about them.
In 2025, thanks to the active implementation of quality management principles, the hospital was accredited and received an ISO certificate.
Separately, the chief physician thanked the HR department for attracting specialists. In 2025, the hospital staff was replenished with 34 doctors from different cities and countries. The staffing of doctors increased to 73.2%, and the average medical staff increased to 85.1%.
