Aktanysh CDH summed up the results of 2025: an increase in life expectancy, personnel renewal and the opening of a new diagnostic complex

4 March 2026, Wednesday

Opening the meeting, Chief Physician Aidar Rafgatovich Khaev presented a detailed report, accompanied by a detailed presentation.

Demography: the trend towards increasing life expectancy

One of the main achievements of 2025 was the increase in life expectancy in the region to 75.16 years (in 2024 — 75.02).

At the same time, the life expectancy of women was 81.99 years, and that of men was 68.32 years. Over the past five years, the total increase in this indicator has reached 1.7 years. Despite the difficult demographic situation associated with a general decrease in the population (minus 7% in 5 years), a decrease in overall mortality is recorded in the district.

In 2025, the figure was 13.1 per 1,000 population (352 people), which is 2.9% lower than in 2024. The positive dynamics is especially noticeable when compared with the pre—2019 year - a decrease of 26.7%. Diseases of the circulatory system traditionally remain in the first place in the structure of mortality (47%), but there has also been a decrease of 4% compared to last year. Mortality from myocardial infarction decreased by 13.2%, and from acute cerebral circulatory disorders — by 26.6%.

Oncological diseases occupy the second place. The chief physician attributed the increase in the indicator in 2025 to improved detection, including due to the work of oncologist Aliya Mirgalimova, who returned to the district in the targeted area. She made a separate presentation, presenting an analysis of the incidence and measures for the early detection of malignant neoplasms.
