Toxicologists continued antidote, detoxification, and hormone therapy, and the man underwent hemodialysis to purify his blood. Our patient's condition was closely monitored by the neurologists of the emergency department and the ophthalmologists of the clinic.
Specialists from the Republican Ophthalmological Hospital came to the rescue, injected once into the orbit of each eye. On the third day after the start of treatment, the man noticed that his eyesight began to return, saw the light from the electronic clock that hangs in the corridor of the hospital. After a few more days spent hand in hand with toxicologists, neurologists and ophthalmologists, our hero has already seen the text at close range. On the 10th day of treatment, my vision returned almost completely, and I was bothered by one black dot in my right eye.
"Now the patient is walking on his own, he sees everything, disability has been avoided. We must pay tribute to the patient, he had a great mood, he believed that we would achieve a result that was not described in any source," said Aliya Nasibullina, head of the acute poisoning department at the clinic.
Today, our hero has been discharged from the clinic, as a sign of gratitude to the hospital specialists, and a general photo was taken at parting. The case is truly unique.
