Students of the Kazan Medical College appreciated the prospects of work in the Zainsk CDH
The Zainsk Central District Hospital has opened its doors to future paramedics. Students of Kazan Medical College, who are studying the specialty "Medical Science", visited the institution as part of a career guidance event.
They will graduate in 2026 and are thinking about future employment.
Arpine Markosyan, Gayane Nanijanyan and Yulia Vasilyeva got acquainted with the real working conditions on the ground. The students studied the organization of work of doctors and mid-level medical staff, saw how the medical examination of adults and children takes place, and visited specialized offices. The future specialists were particularly interested in the modern foundation of the district hospital.
Following the meeting, one of the students has already confirmed her intention to start a career. Such meetings help to solve the problem of attracting young personnel to the primary health care sector and make the choice of profession conscious.
