Healthcare deputy minister of Russia has familiarized with course of prophylactic medical examination of the population of Tatarstan

Healthcare deputy minister of Russia Tatyana Jakovleva and Vice-president of Federal fund of medical insurance Svetlana Karchevskaya have visited SAHI «Municipal out-patient department №18» and SAHI « Inter-regional clinical-diagnostic centre» in Kazan.

In medical institutions visitors have familiarized with course of prophylactic medical examination of the population of Republic and implementation of the project "Health". Health Minister of TR Adel Vafin has told about results of implementation of the system of electronic Government and portal «National control».

According to the order of Health Ministry of TR from 25.04.2013 № 708 the prophylactic medical examination of several groups of population is holding in Tatarstan Republic. 84 medical institutions, rendering the primary medical-sanitary care, take part in all municipal unions of Tatarstan Republic during the realization of this project.

Series of educational programs had been organized by the oncologic service of the republic. Prophylactic medical examination monitoring has been organized too.

The analysis of the operational information from medical institutions has been done every week.

 112 mobile medical teams are working in rural zone. The rural population is transported to the medical institutions within the limits of the prophylactic medical examination.

Special banner « Prophylactic medical examination of the population» is in the official site of Health Ministry of TR. In this site there are the informational sections for the population and for principals of medical institutions (http://minzdrav.tatarstan.ru/).

According to the operative data of medical institutions of republic, more than 409 thousandpersons have been examined.

Within the limits of the priority national project "Health" in 7 cities of Tatarstan Republic (Almetievsk, Bugulma, Zelenodolsk, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Chistopol) 21 Health centers are working. 

The patients with functional deviations in health are under the observation.
