At the 31st week of pregnancy, the patient developed a life-threatening condition – eclampsia, an acute attack accompanied by seizures and loss of consciousness. The situation was developing rapidly. After receiving information from the women's clinic, the KCMC team immediately went to the site to provide assistance.
"All actions were aimed at the emergency transportation of the expectant mother to the Perinatal Center and readiness for immediate delivery. Upon arrival, all the necessary diagnostics were performed in the conditions of the admission and diagnostic department," said Tatyana Kalinkina, Deputy Chief Physician for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
