Healthy lifestyle for expectant mothers: simple and without myths

Giving up bad habits is vital. And special attention is paid to secondhand smoke. If relatives or the husband smoke, this is also a serious risk for the child. Physical activity is mandatory, but within reasonable limits: weekly walks, gentle exercises. The main rule of walking is not to overwork, breathe fresh air, avoid heat and perfumes.

The drinking regime is gathering, drinking a sufficient amount of liquid, listening to your body. If necessary (the appearance of edema), consult a doctor. 

 Don't get tired-skill is not an ally right now. More rest, full sleep and no overloads.

Follow the doctor's prescriptions-no independent decisions, only what the obstetrician-gynecologist recommended.
