Tatarstan Sanatoriums Association: training on lean technologies at Vasilyevsky Sanatorium was a great success

A closed training session for members of the Association "Sanatoriums of Tatarstan" was held at the Vasilyevsky sanatorium. The event brought together the heads of sanatoriums, heads of household services, senior maids and cleaning specialists and was dedicated to the introduction of lean technologies in the cleaning of the room stock.

The training program included an overview of trends in 2025-2026 within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity", a presentation and case analysis, a master class "Other cleaning", a brainstorming session on optimizing cleaning in specific sanatoriums, as well as a discussion with answers to participants' questions.
