Workshop «Practice on pseudorheumatism for therapists and general practitioners» has taken place in Elabuga

The pseudorheumatism is widespread rheumatic disease with typical progressing character and quick development of physical inability, presented at patients of working age. Training of doctors of primary link to early diagnostic of pseudorheumatism, the correct evaluation of effectiveness and safety of basis therapy are very important for preventing irreversible changes caused by this disease.
Workshop «Practice on pseudorheumatism for therapists and general practitioners» has taken place in Elabuga. Doctors of Elabuzhsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky and Agryzsky districts took part in the workshop.
Jakupova Svetlana Petrovna, the principal rheumatologist of HM of
ТR, the senior lecturer of hospital therapy department of КSМU, D.M. has opened the workshop. She has presented the new information on early diagnostic, clinical characteristics and management tactics of patients with pseudorheumatism.
Abdrakipov Rifkat Ziavdatovich, head of rheumatology unit of Republican Clinical Hospital of HM of
ТR, Honored doctor of TR, has presented practical work «Technique of joints’ study» and analysis of typical mistakes in diagnostic and pseudorheumatism treatment in the second part of workshop.

 Shamsutdinova Nailia Gumerovna, the assistant of hospital therapy department of КSМU, D.M. has done the clinical analysis on management tactics of the patient with pseudorheumatism with interactive voting of listeners in the concluding part of the workshop.
In 2013 similar workshops have already been given in Zelenodolsk and Chistopol. They promote the rising of competence level of doctors of primary link by examination technique of rheumatic patients, continuity in supervision of these patients between rheumatologists of the specialized centers and therapists and general practitioners. It is planned to continue to pass the workshops in other districts of Tatarstan Republic in 2014.
