Hand microsurgery in MCH №7 – the continuous evolution

Microsurgery in traumatology and orthopedy, especially mobilization of the upper extremity and hand after various traumas in world medicine are considered as one of the most difficult medical procedures. Operative measures on recovery of hand functions, improving of its appearance demand extensive and special training, high skill of the surgeon and modern medical equipment.
Surgeons of traumatology unit №2 of SAHI Kazan "Municipal Clinical Hospital №7" have implemented series of hi-tech operations as: vascularized dermal plasty, autonervous plasty at serious faults of extremities, microvascular surgery and anothers. Surgeons of unit use the advanced modern equipment established after construction of new surgical building of MCH №7. For example, operative measures concerning serious traumas of extremities with fault of peripheric nerves and vessels are made with using high quality operative microscopes, allowing to raise productivity of medical procedure. Today, microsurgeons of MCH №7 are considered as the leaders of this area thanks to continuous improvement of the skills and policy on engaging of young specialists.
